How can we use stepper motor

Stepper motor control is a device that controls the position, speed and torque of a mechanical drive. It is designed for motion control of electric motors. It has automatic transmission and manual for starting and stopping the engine, and the selection and adjustment of speed.
Also expected to select either forward or reverse rotation against overloads and faults, and adjust the torque. Each electric motor is equipped with the regulator that has different functions and features. Stepping motor controls may also help protect the larger motors have overload or over current condition. This is done with an overload relay protection or temperature sensing relay. Fuses and circuit breakers are also useful for protection against over current. Automatic motor drivers are supplied with limit switches to protect the machine.
Some complex motor controllers are used to control the speed and torque motors connected. In a closed-loop control, a controller produces accurate positioning in the engine number on a lathe-governed. The motor controller accurately positions the cutting tool based on pre-programmed profile. It also compensates for different load conditions and disruptive forces to help maintain the position of the tool.
Motor controllers are based on what they have left to do. There are manual motor control, automatic motor control and motor control at a distance. Depending on the manufacturer, motor controls can only be a start and stop. But there are many drivers that control an engine with many features. An electric motor control can be classified according to type of motor to be driven or controlled. This is motion control servo, step motors, alternating current or AC current or DC brush or brushless DC permanent magnet.
